Through the coordination of the Women’s Union of Bac Kan province, doctors from Hanoi Heart Hospital conducted free congenital heart disease screening and gifted presents to students in Ngan Son district on December 23 and 24.
Specifically, doctors from Hanoi Heart Hospital measured heart rate, conducted echocardiograms for over 1.100 students from Thi Xuan Primary School, Thuan Mang Secondary School, Ngan Son Boarding School, Ngan Son Secondary School, and screened for heart disease in children aged 0-16 at the Ngan Son District Health Center. Through the screening, 2 children were diagnosed with heart disease and were referred for free surgery at Hanoi Heart Hospital.
This program is significant for the children of Ngan Son district as it aims to early detect congenital heart diseases in children, thereby providing timely intervention and surgical support when needed.
Hanoi Heart Hospital collaborated with Hoang Yen Meditech Vietnam Limited Company to present gifts to students at Thi Xuan School (Thuan Mang commune).
On this occasion, Hanoi Heart Hospital collaborated with Hoàng Yến Meditech Vietnam Limited Company to donate tables, chairs, warm blankets, books, cooking utensils, and new clothes to students at Thi Xuan School and Thuan Mang Secondary School.
